At AzzaProd, I provided CG consulting during the development of the Dallas Mavericks' 2025-2026 NBA arena intro video, advising on the pipeline, workflow and team

I joined the project as it was taking shape, to help set up the CG work before full production. I advised the team on the production workflow and pipeline, helping them plan around the project's creative requirements and its schedule, with Houdini at the core of the environment work

A large part of my role was about people and organization. I contributed to artist recruitment and team planning, helping define the structure and the profiles needed for the CG work ahead. I also shared guidance on environment creation and lighting, so the team could start production with clear technical foundations

The assignment drew on my experience as a lead and supervisor: anticipating problems early, keeping choices simple and making sure the pipeline could support reliable delivery once production was underway
